Dutch Design Week is a large-scale and international annual event in Eindhoven. The event is the largest design event in Europe, it presents work and concepts from more than 2,600 designers. There are around 355,000 visitors every year.

Tomorrow is shaped by today's students. The Kazerne Design Award is an incentive prize for recent alumni of Design Academy Eindhoven. All ten nominated designers can be seen this entire summer at an exhibition in the cultural and culinary platform De Kazerne in Eindhoven.

The René Smeets Award is presented to a Bachelor graduate with a high level of engagement and understanding of the current times and societal challenges.
