Rijkswaterstaat and Nieuw Zwanenburg have commissioned a project focused on the design of a sustainable bridge railing, incorporating Nieuw Zwanenburg's locally harvested hemp.

The bridge will be installed at the Symbiotic Innovation Pavilion as part of the InnovA58 project in Oirschot. This initiative exemplifies collaboration: Lotek leads the design of the bridge railing, while another partner is responsible for constructing the bridge using flax fibers.
